Revies Shearclaw is the leader of Nem'Devaris, and a very famous Vasatu.
He often wears a mask hiding something that can be seen here. Those scars you see on his muzzle almost took his muzzle off and never healed fully, they don't hurt anymore but they are scars he received as a teen when he got into a scuffle with a murderer.
